Fabian Murone

Fabian Murone is a Director of Australian Land Corporation and Australian Real Estate Company. 

Fabian is a skilled property development professional with over 25 years experience selling, marketing, leading and coaching the best performing Sales Professionals within the Land Development industry.

Fabian recently left Stockland after spending 13 years working with the land development giant in roles including direct Retail Sales, International Sales, Sales Management and Senior Management Positions. Fabian’s most recent Senior Manager role at Stockland was the role of Wholesale Manager. In this role Fabian was responsible for the product mix, builder allocations and successful launch of every Display Village within Stockland Victoria. This role also included all sales of a wholesale nature which included Builder and Developer Direct Sales and International Sales. This role has provided Fabian with some of the strongest builder relationships within the industry. Fabian also spent 8 years working with another land development giant Australand before joining Stockland.  

Fabian has very strong development industry knowledge and is an expert sales coach, Fabian’s coaching has created many of the highest performing Sales Professionals in the Land Development Industry today. Having the highest trained Sales Professionals in the Sales Office ensures a huge competitive advantage for our clients. 

Through Fabian’s Land Development career, he has worked on the highest profile land development estates in Victoria including many from launch to market and then sell out.
