This partnership combines over 45 years experience in the land development, real estate and new home residential building industries. Including a combined 22 years experience at Stockland, 9 years at Australand, 5 years at Lendlease and 2 years as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at a major residential builder.

We believe the industry has completely transformed from a development approval and civil construction lead focus, to now requiring a sales and marketing lead focus, requiring sales capability, sales recruitment and the ability to ensure the best land sales teams are created to serve developers. We have demonstrated this capability in all markets and regions of Victoria achieving well above industry results in both good markets but more importantly challenging markets.

This partnership ensure we have the ability to attract the very best people in the industry and ensuring the best outcomes are achieved. We’ve had the pleasure to train, coach and have the relationships with the highest performing Sales Consultants in the land and building industries and have conduits to all of the networks that drive the biggest developers in Australia. We understand the detailed requirements of wholesale channels, builders requirements, PSP, Masterplan planning and design and contractual structures to ensure sales volumes can be achieved.

The focus of Australian Land Corporation will be Project Marketing for Vendors along with broad acre acquisitions and disposals.

This partnership fits perfectly with the existing brand of Australian Real Estate Company (ARC) that will continue to provide excellent general real estate services to builders and developers of built form housing including Display Home Sales, Spec Home Sales and Medium Density Sales.
